There are all kinds of events taking place in and around the city. Here’s what you need to know to make the necessary plans:

Waterfront Night Market 2022

The 13th annual 19-plus event is making its return, pairing culture and urban waterfront life. This year’s market celebrates Asia’s version of Valentine’s Day with the QiXi Double Seven Festival, but it’s the Pan-Asian Food and Craft Beer Festival that has people coming back every time.

The Bentway Block Party

The day-long street party is back after a two-year hiatus, and it’s packed with musical performances, food and drinks, dancing, drag, face painting, family-friendly activities and features special guests The Illustrious Blacks and Canada’s Drag Race winner Priyanka.

The free event runs from noon to 10 pm on Sunday.

Toronto Artisan Market

Original art, handmade jewellery, organic skincare, ceramics, pet products and home goods, all while supporting local artists and artisans? Yes, please!

Roundhouse Craft Beer Fest

With 40 craft brewers, cider makers and hard seltzers, not to mention local food vendors, as well as an outdoor dance party, this 19+ event is a celebration of all things craft beer.

Richmond Hill Craft Beer Festival

Wheels on the Danforth Street Festival

Thornhill-Vaughan Ribfest

Get your bibs on and your bellies ready for some finger-licking, mouth-watering barbecue all weekend long. It’s fun for all hungry ages.

The eating begins Friday from 4 pm to 11 pm and continues Saturday from noon to 11 pm and Sunday from noon to 7 pm at Dufferin Clarke Community Centre.

Run for Palestine

All members of the community are welcome to take part in the family-oriented, fun-filled day where you can walk or run 5K to raise funds for humanitarian projects helping the Palestinian people.
Kick things off at Budapest Park, on the Humber River. The trail is wheelchair- and stroller-friendly.
