A retro-style neighbourhood bar & grill is coming to Mount Pleasant

Opening soon in the cozy, laid-back neighborhood of Mount Pleasant is the bar and grill of our dreams, Vintage & Provisions. The name speaks for itself!

Vinyl records? Check. charcoal grill? Check. Crafty cocktails? Check. Even their garnish is too good for the ‘gram. If you’re looking for a great new place to grab drinks with friends, indulge in some quality BBQ and comfort food, or just hang by their 1975 Wurlitzer Jukebox, this is it.

The venue itself is a small white character house nestled between corporate offices and industrial buildings—no doubt a hidden gem for folks on their lunch breaks! Perhaps another team lunch is in order once it’s open.

Owner and Operator Cameron Bogue wanted to create an authentic space for Vancouverites to gather and enjoy some good old-fashioned grub and hospitality. With a modern twist, of course.

Regarding the grill’s location, Bogue said in an Instagram video that he’d been waiting for the perfect spot to set up shop.

“Mount Pleasant is where I wanted to be from the beginning, mostly because of the great zoning and the people in the area. The heritage house in the front is super unique, and it’s a location that will be the best Vancouver sees in a decade.”

With summer just around the corner, it’s time to gear up for the season of hot wings and ice-cold brews. We can’t think of a better place to kick off the warmer weather and longer days!

While we don’t quite have an opening date yet, we’re hoping to grab some mouthwatering BBQ sooner rather than later! Check out their Spotify playlist in the meantime, and look out for future updates once a date is revealed.
