Nigerian Jemiriye to perform at Picklesburgh Festival in USA, then France

After picklesburgh Festival, Jemiriye will be storming France for the 6th edition of the Festival International FIGAS in Bloise France from the 22nd to 24th of July, 2022.

Afro Msuic Star, Jemiriye Adeniji, is set to perform at Picklesburgh Festival in USA.

Picklesburgh festival is an annual event in the USA that showcases Downtown Pittsburgh’s pickled history and culinary ingenuity.

It is named as the Best Specialty Food Festival in the USA. Picklesburgh 2022 will run from 15 to 17 July on the Rachel Carson (9th Street) Bridge and riverside on the 10th Street bypass with Ninth Street and Fort Duquesne Boulevard intersection as the main entrance

The event which is sponsored by the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership and Kraft Heinz (Pittsburgh’s pickle brand), will be full of pickle-themed food, cocktails, merchandise and live music on two stages of which Jemiriye, the home bred girl will be performing live.

Her unique nature, ranging from her magnetic voice, loud African Woman dress style and her lifestyle has made her gained grounds in her home in Pittsburgh PA as she is being regarded as the African Queen.

Echoes from high ranking Music executive attested that it is an anomaly, a rare nugget of music and a reason why every black woman should embrace herself.

So far, Jemiriye within 15 years has graced some of the biggest music stages in the world, which includes, Millvale Music Festival, Mondial De Musique Festival, Canada.

She became the first African to perform the Baseball Anthem at the Philadelphia Phillies and vs. Maimi Malins game in 2015 where she performed a rendition of Take me Out to the Ballgame. She also performed at the Afromondo World Music Fire Festival in Canada and the Pan African Women Conference in South Africa. Jemiriye won the Outstanding International Artist award at the 10th AD King Foundation Youth Empowerment Awards.

Her private performances include the 90th birthday of Naomi King and the 61st Mayor of Pittsburgh’s inauguration ceremony.

It is going to be another global recognition for Jemiriye as she features in the two events this July.
