Tim Hortons Is Launching A New Donut With Special Olympics Canada & It’s Got A Little Bit Of Everything (PHOTO)

This weekend your coffee and donut might be doing a little more than usual. Tim Hortons is launching a new donut in support of Special Olympics Canada and it will be available for a limited time only at participating locations.

The new gift, which has been called “Choose to include donuts”, is flavored with white fondant chocolate cake, sprinkles and a whipped topping.

It basically has everything you could ask for from a $1.69 (plus tax) Timmies donut, though prices vary by region.

According to the Canadian coffee giant, the different flavors and colors are inspired by the Special Olympics goal of inclusion and diversity.

So if you needed an incentive to enter a Tims race this weekend, it’s worth knowing that 100% of the proceeds from this specific item will go to Special Olympics Canada.

The company says the money will help Canada’s Special Olympics athletes get back on the field after COVID-19 and “reach their full potential, in sport and in life.”

If this quest and donate appeal to you, it will be available from Friday, January 28 through Sunday, January 30.

This isn’t the first special edition item Tim Hortons has released in recent times. Notably, the restaurant chain and pop star Justin Bieber teamed up to create Timbiebs in November 2021.

The Timbiebs made massive waves across the country. In fact, they were so popular that the crumbs were for sale by the thousands.

Who knows, maybe the Pick to Include donut will be just as popular! And if not, some money is still being raised for a national nonprofit.
